Can I return my medication and get a refund if I’m not happy with it?

No, this is not possible. By law, the My Own Chemist pharmacy is not allowed to take back medicines for reuse once they have left the pharmacy. This is because their pharmaceutical quality and safety can no longer be guaranteed. You can return products so that the pharmacy can destroy them safely, but no refund will be provided. Refunds are only possible in the event of an error on the part of Blueclinic. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What should I do if my package doesn’t contain what I ordered?

Contact customer service at Blueclinic within five working days so that we can look into the matter. Until this investigation is complete, you cannot place any further orders or claim compensation.
