Are there any additional costs for different methods of payment?

Blueclinic does not charge any additional costs for any method of payment. However, your bank or card provider may impose extra charges in some cases.

I’ve made a payment. How can I be sure it has gone through?

As soon as we receive your payment, we send you a confirmation e-mail. You can also see your current payment status in your online dashboard.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The prices listed at Blueclinic are “all in”. There’s nothing else to pay.

When do I pay for my treatment?

When you submit a request for treatment, it goes first to the qualified independent online doctor for assessment. Once he has approved, he sends a prescription to the My Own Chemist pharmacy. At the same time you receive an e-mail with details of how to pay. So you’re never charged until the doctor has approved your treatment.

What payment methods do you offer?

At Blueclinic you can easily pay by bank transfer. Simply select the bank transfer option in your dashboard, using the link we have sent you and transfer the amount due to the designated account number. We want to remind you that it may take several days for us to receive the payment.

Do I get a compensation for the medication?

Erectile dysfunction medicines are not reimbursed by all UK health insurance companies.
